辨析past, across, through, over
知识点梳理through 意为"穿过，通过（立体空间或于段）”
across 意为"横过，穿过（从一边到另一边）”
past 意为"经过，路过"
over 意为"越过;在（垂直）上方”
注意：
以上这些词都是介词，介词没有时态。比如没有have past, 只有have passed; 没有has acrossed，只有has crossed.

over，on，above如何区分？across，through又如何辨析？
有时候我们真的会被英语里的方位词搞得焦头烂额的，上下左右前边后边旁边，这个还真挺好玩的。今天来撸一撸方位词。
先来看看这五个人的方位都是怎样的：
A is next to B. = A is beside B.
A在B旁边。
B is between A and C.
B在A和C的中间。
D is in front of B.
D在B的前面。
E is behind B.
E在B的后面。
在......旁边，我们最常见的就是next to，同时也有beside，和by的用法。
Our house is by the sea.
=Our house is beside the sea.
=Our house is next to the sea.
我们的房子在海边。
Who is that man by the window?
站在窗边的那个人是谁呢？
”在......下面“基本都知道是用under.
The cat is under the table.
这只猫在桌子下面。
但是below不也是表示”在......下面“吗？有什么不一样的？
我们看一下B的位置，在横线的下方，位置比横线低，这时候我们可以用below表示。
B is below the line.
B在横线的下方。
那在横线上方呢？用above表示，因为它的位置比横线高。
A is above the line.
A在横线的上方。
想象一下现在墙上挂着几幅画，画的下方刚好有一个书架。怎么来表示两者的方位呢？
The pictures are above the shelves.
这些画在书架的上方。
The shelves are below the pictures.
书架在画的下方。
我们再来看看几组经常用错的方位词：
On & OffDon't put your feet on the table.
不要把你的脚放在桌子上。
Please take your feet off the table.
请把脚从桌子上拿下来。
I‘m going to hang some pictures on the wall.
我打算把一些画挂到墙上。
Be carefull! Don't fall off your bicycle.
小心点，不要从自行车上掉下来了。
on强调”在上面“这个动作，off强调“下来”这个动作。
Over & UnderThe plane flew over the mountains.
飞机飞过山顶。
Some people say it is unlucky to walk under a ladder.
有些人说从梯子下走过是不吉利的。
over指在上方，跟参照物是无接触的，我们常用on表示的上方，是两者之间有接触的。
under指在下方，更多是指在物体的正下方，而上文提到的below更多是强调位置的高低。
Through & RoundA bird flew into the room through a window.
一只小鸟飞过房间的窗户。
The new road goes round the corner.
这条新的公路绕过街角。
through 强调“从物体中间穿过”的状态；而round则是“围绕物体四周”的状态
Along & AcrossLet's go for a walk along the river.
让我们沿着小河走一走。
James swam across the river.
James游过了河。
along强调沿着物体的轨道，比如说沿着小河的流向，公路的方向
across强调横跨某个物体
Past又是一个经常会被迷惑的词，我们经常用past来表示“经过”这个动作。
They walked past me without speaking.
他们默默地经过我身边。
Go along this road, past the cinema, and you can see the hospital.
沿着这条路直走，经过电影，然后你就能看到医院了。
